Villa Art déco, avenue de l'Horizon 30

Art Deco villa of 1929, which the inventory attributes to the architect Ernest Hevent on the basis of its resemblance to another villa on the same avenue. Detached on the left, it has a single storey under a mansard roof, with red-brick façades set off with white imitation stone. The main façade is fronted by a flat-roofed porch; at the corner rises a rectangular projection with an overhanging cornice and, on the right, a projecting bay houses the ramp to the sunken garage with its arched door. The roof has three tiers of dormers; the wooden window frames are original. The fence, partly in brick, is fitted with wrought-iron railings. The villa is recorded in the inventory.
