Pair of identical Art Deco houses laid out as mirror images, built in 1923 by the contractor Oscar Hermoye to designs by the architect Jean-Baptiste Dewin. The two-storey façades under mansard roofs are in orange brick enhanced with imitation stone and with blue and white stone. The upper floors, each with three windows beneath a continuous lintel, are punctuated by projecting fluted pilasters on tripartite corbels. Oak doors beneath wooden canopies and transoms with geometric leaded glazing complete the decoration.
