An asymmetrically composed Art Deco house built in 1927 by the architect Joseph Purnelle. The orange-brick façade, set off with white stone and imitation stone on a terrazzo base, opens onto a recessed porch closed by a terrazzo parapet and a small wrought-iron gate, where a metal door pierced with Tiffany glass is lit by an octagonal flush-mounted lamp. The main bay carries on the first floor a bay window supporting a terrace; a small triangular oriel enlivens the top storey. Stylised flowers decorate the keystones and corbels, and the small-paned window frames and stained glass survive. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
