Pair of identical Art Deco houses designed in 1928 by the architect Maurice De Maet. The solid two-storey elevations, in orange brick trimmed with white stone and imitation stone over a bluestone base, are enlivened by projections and recesses, with a trapezoidal bay window on the upper floor whose openings are framed by pilasters. The folding garage doors and, at no. 16, the roller shutters are original; stained-glass transoms and open-work timber doors protected by ironwork complete the façades. The buildings are recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
