Town house in a sober, functional Art Deco style in Wilrijk, designed in 1928 by the architect René Grosemans for Louisa Van Overloop, who moved in in July 1929; it is one of the architect's earliest works. The two-bay cornice façade, in red brick with bluestone and Terranova render now painted white, is articulated by pilasters and emphasises the wide side bay with a three-sided oriel topped by a balcony. The entrance, with an integrated two-sided flower box, canopy and double transom, is a notable detail; the wooden joinery survives. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
