Art Deco house built in 1931 for G. Van Coppenolle to designs by the Brussels architect F. Van Meulecom, whose name appears on the plinth to the right of the door. The red brick façade on a bluestone plinth, framed by taller pilasters, has a rendered trapezoidal oriel on the left, its corners fitted with flower boxes that, on the right, climb in steps towards the door surround. Iron lanterns hang under the wooden cornice, and the glass and iron door is a fine feature. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
