A very colourful, playful and authentically preserved Art Deco house, built in 1932 according to the plinth inscription and the plans of the architect Henri Cuvelier. Yellow and orange brick on a bluestone plinth, white lintels, bay window and balustrade balcony, a garage door on the left, a wide right-hand projection between raised pilasters and a curved cornice, and a loggia with balcony and iron railing on the upper floor. The oak windows and colourful Art Deco stained-glass transoms survive; inside is a cement-tile floor with mosaic motifs.
