An Art Deco house signed and dated “René Doom 1924” to the left of the door, built on a through plot running to Avenue de Jette. The three-storey street elevation in yellow brick set off with white stone ends in a polygonal gable where staggered header bricks create a play of shadows. The main floor is fronted by a trapezoidal oriel whose polygonal window has stained glass with an owl motif, and the largely surviving window frames are all decorated with stained glass. The house is recorded in the legal inventory.
