Maison, rue de Ramskapelle 10

Art Deco house built to the 1931 building permit plans by the architect Franz Van Ruyskensvelde. The façade, on a bluestone base, is composed of a play of recessed and projecting volumes; on the ground floor, two bays defined by three pilasters frame a recessed door flanked by two narrow grilled openings. The upper floor is lit by a trapezoidal bay window with three wide openings, its corners emphasised by a vertical line of mosaic. The mansard roof has a masonry dormer rising from the wall.
