Semi-detached house with garage, designed in 1934 in a sober, functional Art Deco by architect Camiel Cop for the industrialist Adolf Gylsen, in the Exhibition district. Under a flat roof, the flat façade in red sand-faced brick rests on a base of white Euville stone and bluestone, with a ground floor clad in white stone, ribbon windows and horizontal ironwork. The entrance hall retains its panelling, oak doors and book-matched marble cladding. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
