Town house in a sober Art Deco style, built in 1931-1932 for Eleonore Zech-Steyteheff to a 1931 design by the architect Eduard De Winter (inscription on the ground floor). The three-storey façade with cornice under a slate-clad pseudo-mansard combines a white-stone base with a symmetrical upper section in brown-red hand-moulded brick, framed by colossal white-stone pilasters; a bow window marks the bel-étage. The decoration combines geometric mouldings, fluted pilasters and floral Art Deco ornaments, and the front door, garage door and Art Deco ironwork survive.
