Multi-family house in a functional Art Deco style, built in 1934 as an investment property for J. Gyselaers-Bonte to designs by the Dutch-born architect Arie Landwaard, in the Exhibition district (Tentoonstellingswijk). The three-storey façade under a flat roof combines a ground floor faced in white Savonnières stone, underlined by horizontal bands with rounded corners, with ribbon windows framed in white stone. The metal window frames and the wooden front door survive; the second floor housed a rental flat.
