Neoclassical house of 1881, converted in the Art Deco style and given a rear workshop in 1926 for a manufacturer of whitewashing and disinfecting equipment; the plans are signed by the architect Louis De Saedeleer, but the base bears the signature of the architect J. Coppieters. The cement-rendered façade, set off with white stone, has a trapezoidal oriel and a loggia dormer with a crenellated crest, and its windows are crowned with pearly blue-green ceramics with floral tiles. The ground floor originally housed an office, a shop and a showroom. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
