Art Deco apartment building, built in 1939 by the architect Stéphane Deval, whose signature appears on the front garden wall. The three-storey façade beneath a flat roof, rendered in white imitation stone, stands on a plinth of brick laid on edge pierced by two semi-sunken garage entrances. The ground floor is marked by a wide canted bow window articulated by six colonnettes, carrying a terrace with a tubular railing with looped motifs. The upper floors have two wide openings each, a pier with a triple colonnette and a broadly overhanging wooden cornice; the doors and ground-floor window frames are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
