Maison de rapport Art déco, avenue Ernest Cambier 8

Art Deco tenement house dating from 1928, part of a particularly homogeneous row of buildings of the same period, from no. 6 to no. 10. The two-storey, three-bay façade under a mansard roof is of orange brick enhanced with rendered sections and white stone, now painted; pilasters flank the bays. On the left are a garage entrance and a two-storey trapezoidal oriel; in the central axis, the door with a canopy carried on imposing columns and a tall window with cut corners lighting the staircase. The cornice and doors are original; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
