Three-façade Art Deco villa on the corner of Rue des Pavots, designed in 1928 by the architect Guillaume Hebbelynck for the contractor Robert Martiny. It completes a particularly homogeneous row of buildings of the same period starting at no. 99. The two-storey elevation, in orange brick, white stone and imitation white stone, links the street and avenue façades with a trapezoidal corner bay; the openings have cut corners or colonnette mullions. On the street side a recessed porch with a canted corner shelters the entrance; on the avenue side the garage entrance is topped by a trapezoidal oriel between pilasters. The elevation is decorated with geometric friezes and fruit motifs; the cornices, with saw-tooth or bead friezes, survive, as do the front and garage doors. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
