Art Deco house of flats designed by the architect Guillaume Hebbelynck for himself, signed and dated 1930 on the low wall to the right of the garage entrance; he also designed the neighbouring house at no. 107, in 1928. It forms part of a particularly homogeneous row of buildings of the same period, from no. 99 to no. 107. The four-storey elevation, the top floor an attic beneath a flat roof, in red brick enhanced with imitation white stone, is treated as a three-storey trapezoidal projection, divided over its full height by a central pilaster and hollowed out on the ground floor to shelter the door, reached by a flight of steps. A stepped cornice, saw-tooth friezes and geometric decoration complete the façade; the doors and the low boundary walls have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
