Three-façade villa of Art Deco inspiration designed in 1922 by the architect Delbrassine for the sculptor G. Vandevoorde; together with no. 28, built the same year, it forms a particularly coherent pair of villas. The front residential wing, in orange brick enhanced with white stone, is preceded by a round-arched porch decorated with bas-reliefs of cherubs. The rear wing, which housed the sculptor's studio and an exhibition room, was extensively altered in 1983. The building is recorded in the heritage inventory but not protected as a monument.
