Three-façade Art Deco villa, designed in 1925 by the architects P. Aernaut, who was also the client, and A. Deboodt. The two-storey building under a hipped roof has three unequal bays towards rue des Pavots, the central one projecting with a garage in the basement, and two bays on the side façade, combining brick and painted render. The corner is treated in an original way with a recessed porch punctuated by pillars, partly enclosed by metal frames. The mullioned rectangular windows and hexagonal oculi have geometric glazing bars incorporating stained glass, under a widely overhanging cornice. The villa is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
