Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Léon Verhaeren in 1922. The T-plan building has six storeys beneath a flat roof and, on the upper floors, six unequal bays arranged symmetrically. The white imitation-stone façade is enhanced with beige sandstone on the ground floor, where the openings with varied arches have rusticated surrounds. The side bays carry curved oriels, while the others are set within an arcade; a stepped attic parapet and fluted decoration complete the façade. Each floor contains two flats; the building is recorded in the inventory.
