Art Deco house and shop for metalworking machine tools, built in 1931 to designs by the architect Ernest Chaineux. The three-storey façade under a flat roof, with rectangular openings of varying sizes, combines a ground floor in washed terrazzo with upper floors in brown brick enhanced with red brick and white stone and enlivened by raised brick patterns. The wrought-iron gate, railings and glazed door have a geometric design. The ground floor housed the firm's offices; the rear courtyard held the workshop where the machines were displayed, and both workshop and offices were enlarged in 1950 by the architect A. Patteet.
