Art Deco house designed in 1937 by the architect Léon Godart for himself, signed on the front garden wall and on a plaque to the right of the entrance. The asymmetrical two-storey façade under a mansard roof combines yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, bluestone and imitation stone. A two-storey oriel with a curved corner rises above the former garage entrance, and an extended concrete canopy shelters the door; the right-hand corner of each bay is marked by three black ceramic tiles. The house originally contained two dwellings.
