Art Deco house divided into flats, built in 1939 by the architect Jules Faes, who also designed the neighbouring house at no. 55. The asymmetrical two-storey façade beneath a mansard, in orange brick with emphasised horizontal joints, is enhanced with rendered concrete and bluestone. Above the garage entrance, an asymmetrical oriel with rounded corners continues past the cornice as a dormer. The recessed entrance porch with curved sides is sheltered by a flat canopy with rounded corners, and the first-floor balcony incorporates tubular railings. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
