Art Deco bel-étage house designed in 1926 by the newly qualified architect Paul Stevens (1902-1973) for the engineer De Moor; it is his first known work in Leuven. Four storeys high under a mansard roof, it stands out among the historicist commercial buildings of the Bondgenotenlaan for its integrated garage and its surviving residential use. The brick façade plays on the colours of bluestone, red brick and white stone, with geometric ironwork and hexagonal window openings. It is listed in the inventory of architectural heritage.
