Art Deco double-fronted house designed in 1928 by E. Vanderheyden (building permit of 17 February 1928). The three-bay, three-storey cornice façade, in red brick on a bluestone base, is strictly symmetrical: treated as a pilastered façade, it emphasises a central projection with an obliquely recessed entrance porch and a three-sided two-storey oriel. Its character comes from the bluestone lintels and cornice worked as dentil friezes, the brick bonds and reliefs, and the artificial-stone cappings of the pilasters; on the third storey the oriel has recently been opened up into a loggia.
