Town house of two bays and three storeys under a gabled roof, built in 1931 (datestone above the door; building permit of 2 October 1931) to plans by L. Dierickx. The Art Deco cornice façade combines a narrow door bay and a wide window bay, both set slightly forward of the wall plane by recessed pilasters, a ground floor faced in imitation stone, a triangular bay window topped by a balcony of the same shape, and a cornice on decorative modillions. According to the inventory, decorative brick bonds, horizontal and vertical bands of imitation stone, the wide door with fanlight, the stepped mullion of the bay window and the pierced parapet of the balcony with its wrought-iron balustrade are typical features. The original garage door, designed like the surviving front door, was recently replaced. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
