Private house with a double-fronted layout of two storeys and three bays under a tiled gabled roof with dormers, designed in 1929 by the architect A. Devos (building permit of 4 October 1929). According to the inventory, its Art Deco façade stands out for its characteristic expressive detailing: varied brick bonds combined with black-and-white tile motifs, and cement render for the quoins and string courses. The narrower central bay forms a projection, with a recessed door in a multi-stepped surround; the upper-floor windows have a characteristic shape, and the original joinery, including the angled central window, survives. The façade is, by contrast, finished with a classical timber cornice on modillions. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
