Art Deco town house designed in 1929 by the architect Emiel Janssens for Emile Emmanuel De Craecker, co-proprietor of the De Craecker Frères chicory factory; construction began on 20 August 1929. The cornice façade, with two unequal bays and three storeys under a flat roof, combines a white-stone ground floor on a bluestone plinth with upper floors in red brick and white stone; it emphasises the projecting bay with a three-sided oriel over two storeys, crowned by a balcony. The restrained geometric ornament appears in the volute brackets, the fluted surround of the round-arched door, the fan-patterned wrought iron and the stylised attic balustrade. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
