Apartment building in a sober Art Deco style, designed in 1928 by the architect Emiel Janssens (inscription) for the widow Emile Lesnino-Verhoeven and Miss J. Peeters; the inventory relates it to the architecture of Paul Smekens and Jef Huygh, particularly in its Amsterdam School influence. The natural stone cornice façade, with four storeys and a recessed slate-clad attic storey, consists of a base with false joints and an upper register rhythmed vertically by finely profiled ribs resting on consoles. The building contains four apartments. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
