Former brewer's house, designed by A. Spriet of Izegem and built in 1930 for M. Vandeputte. An Art Deco double-fronted house over a cellar, of five bays and two storeys under a pitched roof of machine-made tiles, it is faced in white glazed brick on a blue stone plinth, given a vertical rhythm by pilasters with ball finials and a horizontal one by blue stone bands and string courses, beneath an attic and a cornice on modillions. The right-hand window bay, with a three-sided oriel and balcony, rises into a dormer with a curved pediment, and the door bay carries a small rounded blue stone balcony with a wrought-iron balustrade above a glazed door with a geometric grille. Inside, the corridor with a red terrazzo floor edged with mosaic and marble wainscoting leads to a hall with an Art Deco dog-leg staircase, its geometric newel post decorated with stylised flowers, closed by doors with leaded glass; the drawing room keeps its herringbone parquet and a green marble fireplace, the smoking room and dining room their wooden fireplaces. The house has been protected as a monument since 2001.
