Art Deco house of 1937, with one door bay and one window bay, designed by A. Spriet (Izegem), of three storeys under a flat roof adjoining a gabled roof. Its corniced light-brick façade plays on the horizontal on one side (cornice, granito rendering, bands of windows) and on the vertical on the other (continuous oriel, brick bonds, a pilaster of black decorative tiles, now painted grey). On the upper floors the staggered façade planes carry a rounded balcony on the left at second-storey level and a rectangular one on the right at third-storey level, with tubular railings; the second-storey fanlights have leaded glass with geometric motifs, and the glazed front door on the right has geometric ironwork, beside the service entrance. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
