Art Deco town house designed in 1928 by the architect Adhémar Lener for the lawyer Guillaume Legrand, whose office was planned at the back of the ground floor. The symmetrical two-storey façade, faced with white stone on the ground floor and orange brick above, has a trapezoidal bay window carrying a terrace in front of a large through-dormer. The pediment of this dormer bears a bas-relief signed by Léon Vogelaar showing a couple seated face to face beneath the sun; the original joinery, with grilled geometric openings and stained glass, survives. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory.
