This town house, designed around 1885 in the neoclassical style, was refaced in 1927 in the Art Deco style by the architect Jean Teughels. Its rendered façade of three storeys and five bays is arranged around a central pedestrian door with cut-off upper corners, flanked by fluted pilasters. On the upper floors the windows are crowned by bas-reliefs, a floral frieze on the first and a bowl of fruit on the second, and a broad trapezoidal bow window carries a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. A carriage entrance leads to former stables at the rear, converted into shops in 1921 and into housing in 2003-2005.
