Art Deco town house designed in 1934 by the architect Camiel Rottiers for the clerk Gustaaf Van Dierendonk; lower than its neighbours, it interrupts the continuous row of the street, and its façade was built as a mirror image of the original drawings. Of two unequal bays and two storeys under a mansard roof with a wide dormer, it has a dark-brick cornice façade on a low blue stone plinth, with exclusively rectangular openings. On the ground floor, a three-light window under a fanlight and the wooden door with a side light, separated from its fanlight by a projecting artificial-stone transom, keep the coloured leaded glass that, according to the inventory, characterises the house. The upper floor is dominated by a cantilevered projection on an artificial-stone slab with a rounded corner, a closed oriel on the left and a covered balcony on the right, separated by a projecting vertical brick wall; the upper-floor joinery is recent. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
