Maison Art déco, rue Juliette Wytsman 29

Art Deco townhouse of asymmetrical composition, dated 1927. On a bluestone base, its red-brick façade is enhanced with rendered elements, and some openings have trapezoidal surrounds. On the first floor, the main bay is fronted by a curved bow window topped by a balcony with a wrought-iron railing, and the door with its grille is flanked by two small windows. The original ironwork survives, as does part of the joinery; the dormer was added later.
