Maison Art déco, rue Juliette Wytsman 27

Art Deco townhouse dated 1932. On a bluestone base, its asymmetrical two-storey red-brick façade is enhanced with rendered elements beneath a mansard roof. On the upper floor, the main bay is fronted by a small trapezoidal projecting bay topped by a balcony with railings and blocks, onto which a gabled through-dormer opens. The door, with its grille, is set in a stepped reveal; the original ironwork survives, as does part of the joinery, including the trapezoidal ground-floor window frame.
