Art Deco town house of asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect J. Ravenstijn in 1934. The elevation is in brown brick enlivened by decorative brickwork. On the first floor the main bay is fronted by a small projecting bay topped by a balcony with a tubular railing. The door is set in a stepped reveal; the upper-floor window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
