Art Deco town house built for V. Huybrechts to plans by the architect Paul Dries, dated 1937 by its façade stone. The two-bay façade with cornice, rendered in imitation of natural stone on a bluestone plinth, has vertically articulated piers on the upper floor adorned with spiral Art Deco ornaments. A broad window, a dormer with trapezoidal joinery and a wooden front door with wrought ironwork complete the design. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
