Art Deco town house built in 1926 by the architect Fernand De Pauw on the corner of Boulevard Lambermont. Built of red brick and white stone on a sandstone and marble base, it has two storeys beneath a mansard roof and a long five-bay façade towards the avenue, ending in a trapezoidal projection. Mullioned windows, a canted entrance surround, carved scroll ornament and a broad, deeply overhanging flat cornice define the elevation. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
