Single-fronted house, an example of geometric Art Deco according to the inventory, of two bays and two storeys under a tiled gabled roof, designed in 1930 by Gaston Boghemans (Menen). The window bay has a rubble-stone plinth and an upper section of yellow brick, the door bay is in red brick and bluestone, notably for the door surround; the lintels, bay window and dormer are painted white. The structural elements, such as the lintels with keystones and bevelled corners of the ground-floor window and the stepped corbel of the corner bay window in the door bay, are treated in a heavy and fairly severe manner, and the timber cornice rests on square brackets. The angular, moulded door surround has a narrow fanlight within a broad surround on imposts; Art Deco floral motifs are limited to the decoration of the upper window. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
