Shop-house, formerly 'In Sint-Michiel', of 1932, designed by Jules Van Peteghem (Roeselare), with sculpture by A.G. Dujardin, as inscriptions indicate; it has three bays and three storeys under a flat roof. Its rendered Art Deco façade has a wide shopfront clad in a mosaic of gold, azure, cobalt and ultramarine tesserae. The central bay is emphasised by a trapezoidal bay window topped by a wrought-iron balcony; in the side bay, trapezoidal bay windows over two storeys under a canopy are framed by pilaster strips topped by stepped corbels that carry the projecting concrete cornice. Flower and triangle motifs complete the decoration, and the original joinery with green stained glass survives. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
