Late Art Deco house designed in 1933 by the contractors Entreprises générales Sogecone SA for the Société générale de Construction et d'Épargne. The asymmetrical two-storey façade, in yellow flashed brick enhanced with white imitation stone beneath a mansard roof, has its main bay crowned by a polygonal gable. A trapezoidal bow window, beneath a terrace with an ironwork railing, fronts a French window flanked by polygonal oculi. The entrance porch is recessed and the joinery is original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
