Art Deco house of four storeys and two bays on the upper floors, signed « René Housiaux architecte » at plinth level, 1933; it results from the remodelling of a house of 1928 by the architect G. Ribaucourt. The façade combines red brick, white stone and white imitation stone. On the first floor a trapezoidal bow window on a corbel carries the terrace of a balcony with stone posts and Art Deco ironwork, a motif repeated at the small balconies of the top floor. The pier of the second floor bears an Art Deco ornamental motif; the joinery is partly old and the garage door was later replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
