Two Art Deco houses of 1927, signed at base level "R. Bragard arch.", sharing a single façade so as to look like one building. Laid out in an L-shape, the building has three storeys beneath a mansard roof, in red Boom brick enhanced with Euville and Durbel stone on a bluestone base. The windows, with toothed jambs and either rectangular or trapezoidal-arched, have mullions and transoms on the upper floors, and their small-paned frames have transoms with coloured glass. The side façade, decorated with a stone cartouche bearing a heron, runs along the passage leading to no. 71; the joinery and gates are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
