Asymmetrical house dating from 1881, refaced in the Art Deco style and raised by one storey in 1938 by the architect Ph. Van Styvendael. Its rendered façade is pierced by rectangular openings whose upper-floor spandrels are decorated with a frieze of vertical panels. On the ground floor, the door with a stepped reveal sits beneath a concrete canopy underlining a square fanlight. The middle floors of the main bay are marked by an oriel on a triangular plan, carried on a geometric bracket that continues as a rusticated pilaster and then as a block flanked by steel tubes enclosing a terrace. The building is recorded in the inventory.
