Maison Art déco, rue d'Irlande 45

Two-storey Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, dated 1929. The brick façade is enhanced with white imitation stone around the openings. The front door and the carriage entrance, both with polygonal surrounds, are separated by a small rectangular window. The façade is enlivened by patterns of upright bricks, notably in the window aprons and the entablature frieze, beneath a wooden cornice. The oak doors and original window frames survive; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
