Art Deco villa designed by architect A. De Smedt, recorded in the land register in 1937 as a new building for Jan-Baptiste Goossens-Willems, a printer from Anderlecht. In 1947 architect V. Rubbers remodelled and extended its right-hand side in a stylistically consistent manner for Henri Rubbers-Ransquin. The white-rendered façade on a high plinth of yellow ceramic tiles now shows two similar staggered gables, decorated with small scrolls, and a central moulded round-arched doorway.
