Art Deco house of two bays over three levels, recorded in the inventory, signed on the plinth by the architect Henri Taelman and dated 1937. The façade combines yellow brick and white imitation stone. The door, with quarter-round convex jambs, sits beneath a canopy with rounded corners, next to a small grilled window. On the upper floors, a bow window with rounded corners enlivens the elevation; the original joinery survives on the ground floor.
