Art Deco house of 1922, probably built to plans by the architect Raymond Moenaert. The three-storey elevation in red brick is enhanced with white stone; on the ground floor are a door with a moulded surround and a large basket-arched window. The upper floors form a central projection with two windows on the first floor and a ribbon window on the second, beneath a broadly projecting cornice, and discreet stepped and on-edge brickwork enlivens the façade. A stone panel depicting fruit tops the original wooden door, and the glazing-bar sashes survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
