Art Deco town house built in 1924 by the architect Ed. Van Steenbergen. The façade in orange brick and painted concrete, sparingly enhanced with brown glazed bricks, has two unequal bays and two storeys under a mock mansard. The door, paired with a window, is topped by a stepped transom light; in the main bay a trapezoidal projecting bay carries a terrace with a parapet, and the mock mansard is pierced by an octagonal oculus. Projecting friezes and successive brick set-backs enliven the façade, which retains its original wrought-iron grilles; the sashes have transoms with glazing bars and yellow glass. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
